Today, the Director General of Health Services, Government of India visited the Health Center, kunzer Baramulla of jammu kashmir and was accompanied by all the officers especially related to health Especially Chief Medical Officer Baramulla Dr Meerji Andrabi
He also spoke to the citizens and the patients undergoing treatment, During the visit, the people who met him requested the Director General to upgrade the health center in view of its efficiency and its large area, Sub-district hospital status should be given, because this hospital covers a lot of area and people here have to turn to Srinagar hospitals which is very difficult for patients and people also face problems, people pleaded. People said that many years have passed since then with the demand that this health center be upgraded, And more buildings should be constructed to provide facilities to the patients.
On the occasion, the Director General of Health Services said that this will be put into practice and he sincerely thanked to CMO Baramulla Dr Meerji Andrabi, BMO kunzer and Health staff and said that they are doing their job sincerely day and night for service to the people he added that he keep busy listening to people from the area and even on our visit here we felt like everyone was working diligently in the department.
In this regard,CMO Baramulla and BMO kunzer pleaded with him that people have high hopes for this hospital and some machinery is also needed. However, the Director General of Health assured him that all the issues would be resolved.
