Senior leader and Vice President Bharatiya Jananta Party Jammu and Kashmir Sofi yousuf today hold a public meeting at Srigufwara Anantnag South kashmir and distributed blankets and medicines among the needy people of the area.
In this meeting and relief camp the BJP Vice president said that the BJP Government led by Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has shown exemplary work during last seven years and have fulfilled its promises made before elections whether it is development , employment or Nation’s security and integrity .
He also welcomed the delimitation draft and thanked delimitation commission for considering suggestions of every sections of the society and also slammed the political parties who are creating hue and cry because they have completely last their ground .
Sofi said we are here to provide some help to the needy people during these tough times as we are continously doing since the beginning of this pandemic.
While replying to a question asked by media regarding Hijab controversy in Karanatka ,Sofi said nobody will be allowed to disturb communal harmony in the country and every religion had its equal rights and wearing Hijab is a choice not compulsory in democratic and secular country like India, He added
