The lotus club international had appointed, Dr Mohammad Ashraf Khan of Arizal Budgam Central kashmir jammu kashmir, as General Secretary of UT jammu kashmir for the central and international organization as lotus club international.
Dr Ashraf while talking with media added that he is very thankful to the authority who nominated him for this service.
