DIG South Kashmir Anantnag Range Rayees Mohammad Butt (IPS) visited Kulgam district
During the visit, he held a meeting with the officers there.
The meeting was attended by SP Kulgam Shri Sahil Saringal (IPS), Additional SP Kulgam Shabbir Ahmed and other police officers.
During the meeting, they reviewed the overall security scenario, counter-insurgency and crime. He directed all the officers to speed up the quality of investigation of UAPA and DPS other crimes.
He also emphasized on strengthening police-public relations, service oriented policing which would help in gaining public trust and confidence.
